James D. Saintvil


James focuses in estate planning, trusts and estate administration, charitable giving, and business succession planning.

James has an extensive background in tax, having owned an income tax preparation firm prior to attending law school; he draws on his knowledge of personal income taxation and his prior estate planning experience to assist clients to achieve their financial and estate planning goals.

Before establishing Jayde Law PLLC, James was an Associate at Birchstone Moore LLC, where he worked on complex estate plans for high-net-worth clients. Prior to his tenure at Birchstone Moore LLC, he was an associate at Pasternak & Fidis, P.C. where he worked with clients to establish and implement their estate plans and assisted clients in estate administration matters.

He enthusiastically approaches each estate planning matter and develops creative ideas to solve client problems. Clients appreciate James’s warm and friendly personality and his attention to detail.

Outside of his practice, James enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, and traveling.
