About James D. Saintvil

James focuses his practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving, and business succession planning. He brings an unusually well-rounded perspective to his work, having owned an income tax preparation firm before attending law school. That background gives him a deep understanding of personal income taxation, which he draws on to help clients achieve both their financial and estate planning goals.

Before founding Jayde Law PLLC, James worked as an associate at Birchstone Moore LLC, where he handled complex estate plans for high-net-worth clients. Prior to that, he was an associate at Pasternak & Fidis, P.C., helping clients establish and implement estate plans and assisting with estate administration matters.

James approaches every estate planning matter with genuine enthusiasm, developing creative solutions to each client's unique challenges. Clients consistently note his warmth, friendliness, and careful attention to detail. Outside of practice, James enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, and traveling.
